wow, what a hotel stay!

oh my god, the staff were super friendly, and the rooftop view, i tell you, its amazing! the room was super clean too, and they have this good complimentary breakfast! the location, so very convenient. i had a very very pleasant and comfortable stay here.
payment charged for the whole stay at checkin, seemed odd.

the hotel location is a walking distance from little mount metro station. it is also very close to the airport, so convenient for me! the neighborhood is amazing!

the service rendered by the staff was warm and caring. the staff at the reception, the portico and restaurant, always with a smile on their faces. they are always ready to help me and everyone else.

lukewarm watereager staff
the hot water situation was a joke! it was lukewarm at best, and i mentioned it several times. nothing changed, naturally. also, the staff seemed a bit too eager to grab even my smallest bag, probably just fishing for a tip. i guess time and labor are free for them!!!

breakfast had a good variety! staff were always courteous and the ambiance was always pleasant. location rocks, it's a quick drive to phoenix mall. tons of food choices close by including local eats on 100 street. rooftop pool is a total highlight.
water pressure in the bathroom was very weak, so showers were not so convenient.
